The Nintendo Wii Fit (WiiFit) is an exercise based game for the Nintendo Wii, following on from the original Wii Sports. The game was previous codenamed "Wii Health Pack" but was announced under its current name at Nintendo's E3 press conference on 11/07/2007. The Nintendo WiiFit will utilise a Wii Fit Board called the Wii Balance Board. The Nintendo Wii Balance Board will measure a players center of gravity, balance, weight, and how they lean and shift their body. This will enable the Wii fit game to operate one of the many activities which can be carried out:

-body tests
-muscle stretches
-aerobic exercise
-yoga poses
-balance games

The Wii Fit will will be released in Europe and American in the coming months, following the already successful release in Japan where a quarter of a million copies in its first week!!
